He was born and has lived since 1983 in Monteodorisio, a small village in central Italy. His photography always comes from an inner impulse that is activated by seeing the extraordinary in the ordinary. It adopts, on a photographic level, the definition that the poet Alfred Edward Housman gave about poetry “I don’t know what poetry is but I recognize it when I hear it”. Even he can’t give an answer to what photography is, however, he knows that when he feels the urge to photograph he has to extract whatever photographic medium he has at his disposal and take that picture.
