Lily Hatten (b. 1992) is a self-taught portrait, documentary, and fine art photographer living in Bundjalung Country in Northern NSW, Australia. She works across digital and analog photography. After becoming a mother herself, she was called to document birth, motherhood, and the seasons of life, death, and rebirth that ripple out from mothering. As well as her client work, Lily documents the lives of her immediate family through an ongoing and continually evolving series, and her images are intimate and almost surreal.
